Children will get to know Cubetto, a friendly robot that they can program. They will learn that Cubetto cannot think for itself and can only move as programmed by them. This activity will help children learn about directions, including left, right, forward, and backwards.
The workshop can also include storytelling and can be customised accordingly.
Learning objectives:
- Children will learn to control a digital device;
- Children will learn to give precise instructions to execute a programme;
- Children will practice numeracy skills through the activity.
