Via videos and other media, visitors to this part of the exhibition learned about qahwa brewing from a multitude of coffee-lovers across the country, showing the recipes of different Qatari families and other coffee rituals. Visitors also learned about the different spices and roast levels used to make Indonesian and Arabic coffee as well as the different coffee pots and cups used in both countries.
